Required Safety Equipment: |
Safety equipment and life jackets will be provided. Canadian-approved personal flotation device or lifejacket of appropriate size for each person (must be worn if participant is 14 years old or younger), whistle, bailer and buoyant heaving line no less than 15 m (49'3") in length on board. Each paddler will need to sign a waiver and participate in a 5-10 minute safety presentation before getting on the water. |

Pre-registration is required. The person who registers the team will be the designated “Team Captain” and is responsible for paying the team entry fee (and can then collect a pro-rated share from each team member if necessary).
