Canoe the Credit
Team Challenge
On Sunday, June 23, 2013 show your support for local environmental projects by competing in the Team Challenge Race at the mouth of the Credit River at the Don Rowing Club.
We provide the North Canoes, paddles, safety equipment, fantastic prizes, beverages and lunch.
You provide 8-10 people and lots of enthusiasm!
Team registration fee is $1,000 and includes your morning coffee, 10 t-shirts, 10 lunches and an experience you can not find anywhere else!
Races will take place between 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Mississauga Canoe Club in Port Credit. Warm ups start at 7:00 a.m.
The race is run in a double elimination format, which means that each team is guaranteed a minimum of 2 races.
For each race, there will be 8 team members in the boat. We allow a maximum of 2 extra paddlers per team, for a total of 10 members, in the event you wish to make substitutions or rotations.
You and your team members have the additional opportunity to win some incredible prizes if you participate in our Pledge Challenge.
All proceeds from the Team Challenge will support the Conservation Youth Corps Program.

Every paddler in the Team Challenge will receive an official Canoe the Credit (CTC) t-shirt to wear at the event.
The Team Challenge Trophy
The team trophy is awarded to the winning CTC team – so train hard, and paddlle fast!
Most Spirited Team Trophy
The Most Spirited Team Award is given to the CTC team that demonstrates the most spirit and sportsmanship
